ICT Integrations Manager (contract) at a greenfield deep-water container terminal, where I built the ICT from the ground up as its first ICT lead (the case study is under Work). A dedicated IT manager now runs day-to-day IT; I focus on integrations between the terminal operating system, the ERP and the systems around them, and I’m responsible for maintenance of the heavy-equipment fleet. I’m also co-founder and CEO of GoSoft, where our AI assistant runs in production.
Open to new work. Engagements through my consultancy (the shapes are on the consulting page), or a permanent role leading data and AI, ICT or infrastructure in industry, ports or logistics. On the consulting side, that includes AI process reviews: where AI fits a company’s processes, and where it doesn’t.
